The Turbo Air TUF-28SD-D2-N 28" Super Deluxe undercounter freezer with two drawers boasts a compact size and ultra-efficient refrigeration system to keep frozen ingredients close at hand and ready for use! Featuring a stainless steel interior and exterior top, front, and sides, this Super Deluxe model is built to withstand the demands of busy commercial kitchens. Stainless steel provides superior durability and easy cleaning, while the built-in CFC-free polyurethane insulation helps increase overall energy efficiency and structural integrity.

Thanks to the unit's 2 drawers, you can easily organize your ingredients for quick access throughout the day. Each drawer accommodates up to (6) 1/6 size, 6" deep food pans (sold separately) for a total storage capacity of (12) 1/6 size pans. Of course, bagged product and other product containers are easy to store as well, allowing you to use the freezer however it's most convenient to your menu and back-of-house workflow.

For easy maintenance, this unit uses Turbo Air's revolutionary self-cleaning condenser system, which automatically cleans the condenser by moving a rotating brush up and down across its surface 2-3 times per day. Not only does this process eliminate the need for your employees to manually clean the condenser every few weeks, but it prevents dust from building up on the coils. In turn, this reduces the stress on the compressor and the risk of it breaking down, resulting in fewer maintenance calls and higher overall energy efficiency.

To ensure easy operation, the freezer features a digital temperature control and monitoring system, which includes an easy-to-read, external digital display. This system helps the operator check on the unit's performance throughout the day, ensuring that the temperature remains within a safe range for frozen storage.

Designed to maintain temperatures between -10 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit is built with a 1/4 hp compressor. It keeps the temperature cool by circulating R290 refrigerant, which is an eco-friendly option that boasts an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3.

Unlike most refrigeration manufacturers, Turbo Air ships this unit with a package of 4" swivel casters, giving you the option to make your unit mobile if beneficial to your facility. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection.
