Its stainless steel interior and exterior is durable and easy to clean, and its three adjustable heavy duty stainless steel shelves make it easy to accommodate a variety of ingredients as your menu changes. The bottom mounted 1/2 hp compressor operates in a cooler environment for greater efficiency, and raises the level of the lowest shelf for easier access.
