With its stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, stainless steel floor, and aluminum interior, this prep table is designed for durability while adding style to your kitchen. It's also an easy-to-clean, long-lasting option for cafes, diners, and restaurants. It holds 6 standard 1/6 size, 4" deep condiment pans that come included with the refrigerator, so you can get set up to start serving freshly-made salads or sandwiches right away.

This model has the Cold Bunker system, which allows cold air to flow around the food pan area. It creates a cold air-shield around the pan to cover all areas of the pan, underneath, top, front, and rear, so you can ensure your unit maintains a consistent food temperature, meeting NSF requirements even when the lid is open. The fan control function shuts off the fan automatically when the door is open, preventing air from being drawn in to maintain the cool interior temperature. Beneath the pans, the compartment isolates it from the refrigerated storage compartment, reducing the chances of damage from spills. This unit also has a 9 1/2" deep, 1/2" thick high-density polyethylene cutting board with a convenient side rail that runs the length of the refrigerator to provide prep space.

This prep table is designed with front breathing airflow, which draws in air and discharges it from the front. This design allows units to run at high efficiency in tight spaces, eliminating the need for surrounding clearances. It also features a digital temperature control and monitor system with an easy-to-read external digital display to maintain constant temperatures, keeping food products safe. It also has LED interior lighting that's energy efficient, making items easy to find and identify. Plus, the entire cabinet structure and doors of the unit have foamed-in-place high-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation as well as adjustable, heavy-duty polyethylene-coated wire shelves for storage.

This refrigerator holds temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit to keep food safe and fresh. The entire refrigeration system offers 1/5 hp of power and runs on eco-friendly R-600a refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. To make it easier to move this refrigerator for cleaning, it comes with 3" diameter swivel casters with locks on the front casters. A 115V electrical connection is required to operate this refrigerator.
