How do I know if this unit will fit under or match the height of my ADA-height counter?

Many manufacturers offer their refrigeration equipment in several different height options to best meet your needs. Here's a breakdown of how we classify these different heights:

Counter Height: Work surface is more than 34" high; standard-height unit.

ADA Height: Work surface height is 34" or less; complies with ADA regulations.

Low Profile: Work surface height is less than 32"; designed to fit under most ADA-height counters.

If the unit you are purchasing does not have a flat top, such as a worktop or sandwich/salad prep table, it may affect whether or not it will align with certain countertops. To ensure that the product will meet your needs, please reference the product's literature and specifications.

I haven’t heard of R-290, R-600a, R-513a, or R-448A refrigerant before. What is it?

R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.

Is this unit's door field-reversible?

What is Galfan coating?

Unlike traditional galvanized steel, Galfan is a type of steel that is coated with a zinc-aluminum layer to ensure greater durability and corrosion resistance.

Add high quality and reliability to your back-of-house operation with this True undercounter freezer! With a spacious freezer portion readily accessible through its solid door, the unit opens up to two shelves that will aid in organizing your ingredients. Plus, the heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves are adjustable in 1/2" increments to help you with organizing your assorted ingredients, from frozen broccoli and cauliflower to frozen pork chops.

The construction of this unit is designed with commercial use in mind. It features a stainless steel front, top, and sides, as well as a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The clear-coated aluminum interior with stainless steel floor has coved corners and is fortified with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that helps provide structural rigidity and maintain internal temperatures. Because of its undercounter design, the unit effortlessly adds frozen storage space beneath a pre-existing countertop and doesn't require additional space for its own footprint.

Thanks to its self-closing and stay-open door features, this unit is easy to load and unload. Plus, the recessed handle and magnetic gasket ensure ease of use. The (4) 5" stem casters aid in maneuverability and make the unit easy to move for cleaning. Two of the casters lock to keep the unit stable when in use.

This freezer ensures optimal performance by operating with a 1/4 hp refrigeration system that circulates R-290 refrigerant to maintain a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit. R-290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. An auto-defrost feature keeps the freezer running properly at all times. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
