True TMC-34-S has a stainless
steel exterior and an
interior that has NSF-
approved, white, vinyl-
coated
aluminum with a 300-series,
stainless steel floor. It
has
a digital thermometer and 4"
casters (the front casters
lock). The True TMC-34-S also
comes standard with a floor
rack and a convenient clean-
out drain. It is a self-
