This versatile quick chiller is ideal for use in grocery stores, delis, and convenience stores, helping to limit bacteria growth that can cause food-borne illness, and allowing you to move items straight from the chiller to a refrigerated display. Two wire shelves give you ample storage space, and for added convenience, its door boasts both stay-open and self-closing features.

Innovative INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor controls give you access to a 3-digit LED Fahrenheit/Celsius temperature display and an RS485 data port. For maximum food safety, an alarm alerts your staff of high/low temperatures, evaporator coil and discharge line sensor failures, and power supply interruptions.

A 3/4 hp compressor circulates eco-friendly R-404A refrigerant, and high-density, foamed-in-place insulation contributes to outstanding temperature retention. For zero clearance installation in tight spaces, it features a front breathing design. The Traulsen TU048QC requires a 115V electrical connection.
