Easily load and retrieve trays of your pre-made salads, sides, and desserts with the Traulsen Specification Line RAC37-16 reach in glass half door air curtain refrigerator with cylinder door locks! This unit's air curtain design lets you keep the doors open while you load and unload products, maintaining safe internal temperatures for up to 60 minutes. However, unlike standard air curtain units, it also allows you to close the door to conserve energy, and its half door design allows you to open one small section at a time for even greater energy savings.
The glass half doors offer a crystal clear view of the refrigerator's contents, and for added convenience, they can open to 270 degrees and feature a latch to hold them in place during loading. It also boasts cylinder door locks to keep your food safe from tampering. The interior comes with 10 sets of tray slides, and each set can accommodate (1) 18" x 26" sheet pan or (1) 12" x 20" food pan.
This air curtain refrigerator boasts a "2-Stage" thermostat with two temperature modes, and it also has a Smart Defrost feature to remove ice formation that may occur when the doors are opened for prolonged periods. This model's automatic condensate evaporator also works to remove condensation buildup.
The bottom mounted 1/2 hp compressor, environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant and high density, foamed-in-place insulation in the door contribute to outstanding temperature preservation and efficiency. To protect your walls from scratches and scrapes, this unit also comes with a full-perimeter bumper. The Traulsen RAC37-16 is UL and NSF Listed.
