This Traulsen G10010 one door reach-in refrigerator contains 3 adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves, door locks and 6" casters with locks. The door of the G10010 is equipped with a gasket-protecting, metal door pan and removable, plug cylinder locks. It also has a guaranteed-for-life cam- lift and a gravity-action, self-closing, metal glide, right side hinges with a stay- open feature of 120 degrees. The hinges on the Traulsen G10010 also include a concealed switch that automatically activates the interior incandescent lighting. The door has guaranteed-for- life, work-flow door handles, that are mounted horizontally over a recess in the door, that limits protrusion from the door face into aisleways. The Traulsen G10010 features a top mounted, self-contained, balanced refrigeration system (R-404A) to hold temperatures between 34 degrees to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The G10010 also has a 9-foot cord, and a 3-digit, LED display with Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature scale display. The cabinet exterior, front panels, louver assembly and doors are constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel. The top, back and bottom of the cabinet are made of heavy gauge aluminized steel. The cabinet sides (including returns), interior and door liners of the Traulsen G10010 are constructed of anodized aluminum. Overall dimensions of the Traulsen G10010 are 29 7/8"W x 35"D x 77 1/4"H without the 6" casters.
