Combining a holding cabinet and a refrigerator into one space-saving unit, the Traulsen Specification Line ADH232WUT-FHS 51.6 cu. ft. two section reach in holding cabinet / refrigerator provides unbeatable convenience for your commercial kitchen!

This two-in-one unit comes with a 25.8 cu. ft. heated section on the left to store your specialty entrees, appetizers, and sides until they're ready to serve. A serpentine-style heater and down-air distribution duct ensure even heat circulation, and for added convenience this compartment features a one-time start up temperature adjustment feature, and an on/off switch. Three adjustable wire shelves help you make the most of the heated section's space.

Beside the heated compartment, a similarly sized refrigerated section lets you keep fresh ingredients, dressings, sauces, and more chilled until ready for use. Three more adjustable wire shelves guarantee excellent organization, while a 1/3 hp top mounted compressor circulates environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant to maintain food safe holding temperatures.

Innovative INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor controls on each section give you access to a 3-digit LED display, Fahrenheit/Celsius temperature display, and an RS485 data port. For maximum food safety, an alarm alerts your staff of high/low temperatures, when the doors are left open, and when there is a power supply interruption.

This two section holding cabinet / refrigerator uses high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to help maintain consistent internal temperatures. For added convenience, its self-closing doors include a stay-open feature when opened past 120 degrees. The Traulsen ADH232WUT-FHS requires a 115/208V electrical connection, and is UL and UL Sanitation Listed. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
