Its durable, stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior includes drip shields to generate smoke, two rows of skewer rests, a 4" top-mounted flue, and a drip pan. This roaster is ETL and NSF Listed and requires a 1 1/4" natural gas connection for operation.
