This Torani 750mL sweet heat flavoring syrup is a one-of-a-kind mix of sweet pure cane sugar and sizzling hot ghost pepper flavor! Named one of the hottest chili peppers in the world, ghost peppers are small but carry intense heat. Though these exotic peppers from India are bright red in color, don’t let the cool translucent color of this flavoring syrup fool you—this syrup packs fiery red-hot flavor! Balance warm, spicy notes with a sugary sweet taste for the best of both worlds in your mochas, cocktails, and lemonades.

Though you’re sure to notice the heat, this flavoring syrup will not overpower the original flavor of your favorite beverages. It can be used to spice up your bar, cafe, or coffee shop’s menu with irresistible new drinks. Your customers will go crazy for a spicy chocolate chai or churro spice frappe. Craft a spicy pumpkin cocoa for the fall season or a white hot pina colada smoothie in the summer! This sweet heat flavoring syrup blends perfectly with hot, cold, and blended beverages.

Founded in 1925, Torani started as a family company in southern San Francisco and has since grown to an international brand of quality syrups exporting to 40 countries around the world. Their sense of tradition and experimental ambition has expanded their product line to dozens of varied flavors from the Classic Caramel to the unique Chicken 'N Waffles, yielding a flavor for almost every palate and recipe.

I'm glad The Webstaurant Store carries this flavor. It's new to most people and therefore great for people who want something different. Try it in January-February: "Beat the cold with Sweet Heat!"

This is a weird syrup but people keep ordering it. We suggest it with a mocha but have a customer who gets it in a vanilla latte.
