Prevent greasy and oily substances from entering plumbing systems, septic fields, and wastewater treatment facilities with this Thermaco Trapzilla99 TZ-525-ECA in-ground grease interceptor. Greasy substances cannot be processed properly, which can lead to environmental harm. Engineered for 99% grease removal, this grease interceptor can hold 525 lb. of grease in a 95 gallon footprint, making it an efficient option and viable alternative to traditional grease interceptors.

For below-ground installation, this grease interceptor has a flow rate of 50 GPM. With a durable rotationally molded polyethylene construction, it's a perfect replacement for failing steel or concrete interceptors, so it can outlast traditional interceptors constructed of inferior materials. It includes adjustable collar / riser that can extend up to 18", which is equally durable with a linear low-density rotationally molded polyethylene construction.

This grease interceptor comes with a removable cover for easy maintenance and an integral sewer gas trap. The built-in anti-floatation anchor ring is for in-ground installation. This grease trap also features an integral horizontal baffle to minimize turbulence when new flows enter the unit, a laminar inlet flow diverter to slow water flow, and an integral vessel vent to regulate pressure inside.

With a sloping conical bottom to retain solids, the storage compartments keep grease and heavier than water solids separate. This grease interceptor is constructed of a single tank with an interior radial compression ring conjoining invert-to-tank outlet and inlet structures without bulkhead fittings or gaskets and invert top and bottom secured attachment points. The inlet and outlet connections are 4".
