Accurately measure the temperatures of your cold foods with the Taylor 9527 cold zone infrared thermometer. This infrared thermometer has a temperature range between -67 and 428 degrees Fahrenheit so you can get an accurate reading on everything from ice cream to boiling soups.

The Taylor 9527 cold zone infrared thermometer includes an auto-off feature after 15 seconds for optimum energy conservation to help extend the battery life. It can accurately measure temperature in just one second to within 1.1 degree Fahrenheit, and min/max and lock modes let the user change settings for different measurement needs. The battery and case are included. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.

    Great light weight and easy to slip in your pocket. I use it to check water temperatures, soups and sauces. It is very accurate. I would definitely recommend this product.

    My classic stick thermometer stopped working this season. I decided to try infrared. It works great! It seems to be very accurate. I used it to temper chocolate. Buy it!

    Great for chocolate tempering among other things. The thermometer never will get messy because it never touches chocolate. It is very accurate when reading temperatures.
