The injector syringe works works great for everything from meat to fruit. I inject meats with seasonings, wine and/or juice and it makes very tender and flavorful meat. I sometimes also spike fruit like oranges or watermelon with liquor for adults only BBQ's

Every kitchen must have one of these injectors because they really do add flavor to the meats in just seconds. You just can't go wrong with this flavor injector, because it is easy to use and clean. Plus, the included 2 needles are great because you can keep one as it is and use the other one at the angle (if you bend it to the desired degree).
