Made of die-cast aluminum, this wok features a high temperature exterior coating and a non-stick interior coating so your ingredients will not stick to the pan. To lessen preparation worry, it is safe for stove tops, gas, electric, steam, and oven use. Its stainless steel bottom plate includes iron, making it induction ready and therefore allowing it to heat quickly and evenly on ranges, hot plates, and induction style equipment.

Cook lo mein, stir fry, and other Asian-inspired dishes in this wok that includes a domed lid. The shape of this lid helps to trap in heat and humidity, helping the cooking process along.
