Hydraulically controlled for exceptionally quiet operation, this Stiebel Eltron 202653 DHC 8-2 Classic tankless electric water heater is designed for installation at the point of use in your hotel, school, gas station and more! This energy-efficient unit uses up to 7.2 kW of power and an exclusive copper-clad element to heat water instantaneously as it flows through the machine for complete elimination of standby heat loss. Activated by a minimum 0.69 GPM flow rate, it features a flow switch that prevents dry-firing and premature failure as well as a high-limit pressure cutout with manual reset for optimum safety and peace of mind.

This updated DHC Classic water heater provides the reliable heating of the original DHC series, but packaged in a more sleek, modern design. The attractive high-impact polycarbonate housing blends in great in any restroom and is sure to provide years of consistent service. This dual voltage unit can operate on either a 208V or 240V electrical connection.
