Its 14" x 28" cooking surface features smooth iron plates that heat evenly and provide excellent thermal retention, while a Pro-Lift hinge system accommodates product up to 3" thick while exerting the proper amount of pressure for perfect results! It minimizes muscle work while lasting more than 3,000,000 cycles!
This 14" x 28" heavy duty panini press comes with a large capacity grease drawer and a splash guard on the bottom plate for easy cleanup, while the thermostat's adjustable range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit permits precision cooking. The Star Pro-Max GR28IB panini sandwich grill with smooth cast iron plates is UL Listed and requires a 208/240V electrical connection. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
