This Star CG28SPTI Pro-Max dual split top panini grill features a programmable electronic control system with independent settings for both time a temperature, to ensure products at your high traffic restaurant or deli are grilled quickly and consistently. Its countdown timers are equipped with a highly audible alarm, to warn you when your food is done. The thermostat controls have a temperature range of 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to prepare a variety of sandwiches and other grilled favorites to perfection.
The Star CG28SPTI Pro-Max panini grill's grooved top and bottom grill plates are made of heavy duty cast iron and can accommodate products up to 3" high. Their Pro-Lift hinge mechanism is constructed of hardened aluminum for strength and durability. It minimizes muscle work while lasting more than 3,000,000 cycles! A front grease trough allows for easy cleaning, while the panini grill's rugged 18 gauge stainless steel body provides years of dependable service.The Star CG28SPTI Pro-Max dual split top two sided grooved panini grill is UL Listed and requires a 208-240V electrical connection.
