Add another option to how you heat your buffet with this induction ready Spring USA Seasons round sapphire stainless steel induction chafer with gold accents. While still compatible with traditional chafing fuel and convection, this chafer unit is made with magnetized 18/10 stainless steel, which enables it to be induction-ready. With induction, you'll have more control over temperature consistency which can prolong the life of your product. However, this chafer is ready to blend into your current buffet line whether your establishment is completely induction-ready or not!

The professional finish is fingerprint-, scratch-, and chip-resistant, and the elegant gold accents and T-handle give this chafer a classic presentational chic that lends itself well to nearly any buffet setup. An innovative channel design redirects water and condensation back into the water bath as opposed to into the food. Meant to stay in place, the chafer has a stabilizer bar along with a silicone foot. Crafted with care, the special design prevents warp-based induction connectivity issues. There is an easy-to-read water fill line so that even staff on their first day know how much water is needed, and it features a curved rim that makes it easy to remove inserts (sold separately). The axle system provides both a smooth glide and an all-angle hold for the lid.
