Get high output from a small footprint with this Crathco KARMA GRAVITY (1208-002) 2.5 gallon soft serve machine / frozen product dispenser! One of the smallest and quietest machines on the market, this model is designed to fit in a small space but still produce up to 19.8 lb. of product per hour - enough for about 150 cones. It features a 1.85 gallon cooled hopper on top to keep the mix cold and ready to use before it descends into the 0.61 gallon freezing cylinder.

The controls allow customization of the product consistency among three available levels. Once the unit is started up, the frozen product is ready in just a few minutes so you can be sure to have ice cream available for hungry customers! This unit features an auto defrost and night mode to keep the product fresh during off hours. It works well with ice cream and frozen yogurt products and is certified as safe for milk based products. It even has a minimum level warning light to let you know when the mix is running low.

To help merchandise your frozen dessert, you can utilize the LED lighting system and customizable dispensing lever to gain attention! This model requires a 115V electrical connection for operation and has a 1400W output. It uses R-404A refrigerant and a 1/2 hp compressor to cool the product.
