This unit boasts a high-quality aluminum construction with a durable stainless steel bowl for long-lasting use. The high-efficiency 1 1/2 hp ventilated motor ensures continuous operation, while the self-monitoring variable-speed control automatically provides and stabilizes power based off the specific food type entered. The positioning of the motor eliminates the chance for accidentally cooking food as it processes, and a see-through lid with a feed opening allows product to be entered as the machine is working.
