This high-quality melter is designed with (1) 8 lb. stainless steel bowl for tempering or melting chocolate to your desired consistency. The stainless steel material is durable and corrosion-resistant, so you can easily clean it after each use. This allows you to swap out dark chocolate for milk, Belgian, or white chocolate (sold separately) without traces of the other. The bowl is also removable from its heat-resistant plastic case for extra convenience.

For the perfect melt, this unit utilizes a dry heat system. Both the base of the unit and the sides of the case are heated, so the entire bowl of chocolate evenly softens. The temperature can be adjusted throughout the melting process using the adjustable thermostat, which ranges from 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit or 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. Try it with marshmallows, waffles, fresh fruit, pound cake, or fudge (sold separately) to liven up your next event! A 120V, 80W electrical connection is required for operation.
