By Not Entered I use these pans for just about everything baked. When I'm in the mood, I make a pot roast & freeze individual dinners in these. I also use them for oven french fries, cakes, lasagna, veal & chkn parm. It's worth it to me to be able to throw them away. They are especially good for broiling lamb & pork chops which leave a greasy mess that I don't want going down the drain. I definitely recommend these.
