Featuring a live roller rod conveyor with chromed rollers, this unit provides shrink results of the utmost quality. For speed and efficiency, this machine is equipped with a 1HP blower motor. This fully re-circulating shrink tunnel boasts an adjustable air velocity control and an AC variable speed conveyor that allows users to adjust the speed up to 75 FPM. The sealed bearings on the drive and idler shafts help ensure durability for long-term use. This tunnel is exceptionally quiet, providing users with the silence they need to concentrate on their work. Plus, the anti-jam safety feature helps prevent accidents and keep users safe.

The automatic cool down and shut off mechanism and thermal overload protection help minimize costly replacements by preserving the heater and motors. The solid state digital temperature control apparatus and 15 KW heater bank allow users to heat the tunnel to 300 degrees Fahrenheit in less than 15 minutes while also allowing users to adjust the temperature up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Seamlessly stabilize the unit with the help of its included stand. Users can utilize the adjustable leveling pads to raise and lower the machine from 35" to 39 1/2". This unit requires a 220V electrical connection for operation, and comes with a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind.
