This super automatic espresso machine is great for hotels, restaurants, fast casual and quick service restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. It features a steam wand with a fine steam air injection and an auto shutoff, which guarantees consistent milk texture and temperature while also allowing users the ability to multitask. It steams 32 oz. of milk in only one minute. To lower the wand's surface temperature, it's constructed of revolutionary PEEK steam wand material. Plus, the PEEK steam wand is safer to touch right after steaming, and milk residue can be easily wiped away even after steaming.
With its push-button operation, this unit makes it easy to make great cappuccinos or lattes. It has up to 80 programmable selections, and reminders can also be programmed to ensure maintenance like cleaning and water softener changes are being made, increasing the operational life while reducing maintenance costs.
