This candy stove features an intuitive control panel with simple push-to-start controls, making it easy for any employee to safely use. A variable heat dial is included so you can heat your candy to the perfect temperature. This candy stove has a batch temperature range of 180 to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and a maximum output of 6900W. It requires no special ventilation and won't create excess fumes in your kitchen, ensuring a comfortable environment for your employees. A 208V, 3 phase electrical connection is required for operation.

This kit also includes a portable agitator / kettle mixer for hands-free stirring and mixing.
