The San Jamar SFC1250QT Saf-Check™ is the first all-in-one system that keeps your thermometer and quaternary sanitizer test strips together and handy for easier, more frequent temperature and sanitizer strength checks. This handy device improves food safety practices and makes it easier to train employees to properly monitor temperature and sanitizing pails to help prevent foodborne illness. One Saf- Check™ system includes: (1) Saf- Check™, (1) replaceable 15ft quaternary test strip roll, (1) detachable carabiner & pocket clip. The Saf-Check holds virtually any stem thermometer - standard or digital. An integrated pocket clip and detachable carabiner make storage easy and keep Saf-Check™ handy. An easy to operate thumbwheel turns to dispense from the replaceable 15ft roll of quaternary test strip. The refillable roll cartridge protects the test strip roll from chemicals or splashing. An integrated bimetallic thermometer calibration tool ensures proper temperature readings. Two sizes (front/back) accommodate leading thermometer brands. An innovative Smart Scale™ makes reading test strip results easy: GREEN = safe; RED = change solution.

Replacement quaternary sanitizer strip rolls are sold seperately under item # 712SFCROLLQT.

    This is a great combo kit for managers to have on them at all times!! Easy for them to check the sanitation levels of the dishwashing water!

    A great way to keep your test strips and thermometer close to where you need them. A small dispenser that can hang almost anywhere you need it.

    a very nice combo set. The only thing to make it better is if it came with a fitting thermometer but otherwise very handy and convenient
