A sliding lid with clear window allows your ingredients to be identified easily. The lid secures to the base of the bin with a tightly fastening clasp to seal in freshness. This unique lid design also allows for one-handed access to ingredients for 65% productivity savings, while bins are stacked for faster, more-efficient use. The ingredient bin features a slanted top that allows you to store the bin under a countertop or worktable and still have access to your ingredients. In addition, the 30.8 gallon bin can hold 147 lb. of flour or 218 lb. of sugar.
A convenient scoop hook system allows you to store the included 32 oz. scoop inside the bin, but out of your ingredients, for quick access. 3" casters allow the Rubbermaid FG360388WHT ProSave slant top ingredient storage bin to be freely moved to multiple prep stations.
