Rubbermaid® 4 Qt. Clear Square Polycarbonate Food Storage Container

I has been using this container for my sous vide cooking, it is very convinient and resistant, I have dropped it several times with no crack. Awesome

The rubbermaid 18qt clear container is great! We have multiple ones that we have purchased for our business and they're great for storing bulk sauces and ingredients. The top fits snug and it's clear so you can see what's inside easily. Highly recommend.

Loving these Rubbermaid storage containers! I've cycled through many, other brands which are no longer available, Carlisle, Cambro, which we like but we find we prefer handles to prevent accidents (8qt's can get heavy when filled with product). I finally went with the Rubbermaid and they are great. Each weighs the SAME which is very helpful and efficient when you are batching out multiple production runs, no more scale tares with each different weight from other containers. They are heavier, about 100 grams more per container, but they are well made and our staff is feeling secure using them. Also a nice perk is there is no "inner lip" to spatula around; although that inner lip does help with even dry "stacking" but an ok trade off. All our other containers have been "square" topped in that you can place the lid and stack in any direction, the Rubbermaid are not, they must stack and lids must be placed the same direction. Not a huge deal for the quality upgrade. These should last us several years!

I bought these for storage of both hot and cold items. They work well with both.

These are great for multiple purposes, and I appreciate how all of the rubbermaid containers use the same size lid. This is very shallow, but we like the stacking capabilities of these items.

These tubs in several sizes have been part of my home cooking for many years. They stack efficiently and come clean in the dishwasher without fail. Some have broken at the corners, possibly seconds I bought at the now closed Rubbermaid store? But I love their efficiency and clarity--always easy to find what I need. Lids are tight but not leakproof. They help me resist the urge to buy a bigger refrigerator as they help make use of every square millimeter. I'm delighted to find a supply now that the Wooster store is closed. I also like that they store efficiently when empty, a very good product.

This container is solid-feeling and nice looking. The handles each have a small hole in them that will be helpful for letting water through when washing them.

Great standard storage container. Handles on side make easy to pull out of pantry. Clear container makes it easy and fast to see what's available. Buy the matching lid for an airtight seal. I typically use mine for pantry staples (easier to scoop out of the wide openings than any canisters) but it's a perfect container for letting dough rise too. And bonus - the height of this small one seems to be just right for a lot of fridge shelves

Purhcased this in 2015, and its still great. Sturdy and heat safe. I have been using this container to sous vide in. It retains it heat very well. Occasionally use it for other tasks. Overall its a very versatile container.

I've spent A LOT of time weighing the pros and cons of different food storage options, for both personal and professional reasons, and I really like these containers. Here's what I love about these: • Airtight seal. I feel comfortable putting soups or oily items in here, as long as I make sure to get the "click" on each edge as I'm closing it. And for storing foods longer-term, this helps reduce oxidation by keeping the air out. • Wide opening. A lot of other 4QT containers are taller and narrower, but what I like about wider openings is that I can put a variety of things inside and have easier access. For example, I could easily put veggies into each corner: cauliflower, broccoli, butternut squash, green beans. I love this 18qt Rubbermaid for my sous vide cooking. I can put a large beef ribs with lots more space to spare due to the length of each ribs. This 18qt is perfect for those longer meats and has lots of room for the water to recirculate for better constant heating. I recommend these for those who cook sous vide that needs more room for their meats to cook.

Unlike other food storage containers, the 2 qt one by Rubbermaid shares the same footprint as its 6 qt and 8 qt styles, which makes stacking easy.

I use this for storing my good china coffee cups. I wrap them in bubble wrap and stack in container. The 4 quart size are stackable and quite secure.

Just have it and find a place for it in your fridge. I was using for veggies but I switch to carry my dressings together nowadays

Love these containers, they are great all purpose containers. From making pico de gallo in them, to washing and holding vegetables. Just a great all around tool. A must have for any kitchen

This is a great container! This is a great size and good for all kinds of uses. It’s thick plastic and feels heavy duty. The lid for these containers is very tight fitting making these leakproof and airtight.

Finally decided to break down and buy replacements of these and to my surprise it didn't break the bank!! These work great. We store our prepped bacon in them, as well as banana peppers and jalapenos. The 1 gal jars fit perfect. Will order again!

Love this large size Rubbermaid storage container. I use it for storing my powdered sugar. I feel that it should have come with a lid however.

Love this! I stack these labeled for my different flours. The wide mouth allows easy measuring. The graduations on clear glass remind me when I need to buy more.

These containers are absolutely wonderful!!!! They save so much space in the fridge because the stack perfectly on each other, very nice quality also. I will purchase these again.

The perfect air tight food storage container, they are great for keeping smaller amounts of dry products or pre mixed items that we store in the fridge

I have one of these sitting side by side with an 18qt on the lower shelf of my upright freezer. I use the larger one for stacking my frozen beef, and this 12qt size for stacking my frozen chicken. Before these containers, my freezer was a mess, with odd shaped frozen FoodSaver wrapped pieces of meat just sitting in an unorganized pile, everything slipping and falling every time I tried to find what I was looking for. These big square containers were the perfect solution to make my life a whole lot easier.

I don't know if you can ever have enough of these. I love them and use them for everything, proofing bread, holding yogurt, prepping and they are small enough to stack in the under counter fridge.

Food grade quality container. Really strong and durable. The plastic is made well and the smaller container does not take up a lot of space.

Needed to change the old containers for new ones. Looked around and couldn't find a better price for the quality. Very convenient clear finish. Make sit easy to do quality control.

I really love these Rubbermaid clear square food storage containers and have used them for years. They're so rugged and well-made that the ten-years-old ones are indistinguishable from those I just bought from the webstaurant store. The lids are uniform across multiple sizes and tightly seal the containers so that food stays fresh and keeps its aroma for a very long time. The square shape and the fact that they'll stack 4 or 5 units high or more means that none of my shelf space is wasted.
