This Rotisol-France Star-Clean Mini-Concept 5.520i2LSP8 electric rotisserie produces and showcases the perfectly tender, golden brown chicken that customers crave. This energy-saving unit features a rotisserie and heated display shelves, taking up a smaller footprint than if the units were separate. The rotisserie features 6 preset recipes for the ultimate roasting experience. It comes with 5 baskets and 5 spits that hold 15-20 chickens total, and the shelves can display up to 20 chickens. The insulated interior roasts chickens to perfection, especially since it's accompanied by digital electronic controls that pre-heat, hold, and cool-down the unit.

Not only is this rotisserie capable of impressive performance, its durable construction makes maintenance a breeze. This unit boasts an assisted cleaning steam program, which first softens grease stains with steam and then rinses the inside of the unit with high-pressure Brita-softened water. In addition, the door features a silicone gasket, keeping the rotisserie securely sealed during operation.

To boost impulse sales, this rotisserie is built with dual level, stainless steel, heated shelves. They are angled at 10 degrees, perfect for on-the-go sales. Because the 2 units are built together, customers are ensured only the freshest chicken, as they can watch their meal being placed straight from the rotisserie onto the heated shelves.
