This food processor includes a continuous feed design that's well-suited to processing bulk batches of a particular ingredient. Simply place a container beneath the feed chute to catch processed foods and you can get right to work. This food processor includes a cutter bowl, a bowl and lid scraper, and a smooth cutter bowl base blade assembly.

The continuous feed attachment features two separate hoppers for different types of ingredients. For big, bulky items like cabbage or tomatoes, use the large kidney-shaped hopper. Use the cylindrical hopper for long or delicate vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, and mushrooms. This attachment also features a side ejection design that can be used with containers up to 5 7/8" high. It's perfect for slicing, grating, ripple cut slicing, julienning, dicing, and making french fries. Swap out the continuous feed attachment for the 6 qt. / 5.9 liter brushed stainless steel cutter bowl for another way of processing ingredients. The bowl features a handle and a leakproof, see-through lid with scraper that enables you to securely process food while keeping an eye on the progress.

This machine's powerful 2 hp motor is operated by power buttons, and all food processing components may be disassembled for easy cleaning. The simple controls like the pulse button and variable speed control make it easy for anyone in your kitchen to prepare fresh, pureed ingredients for your customers' favorite dishes. Plus, a timer allows you to control exactly how long your food processor runs. A 1/8" grating disc and 1/8" slicing disc are included so you can start processing right away, though a range of other discs are available for countless other processing options. Fantastic for a variety of processing tasks, the cutter attachment allows you to chop, finely mince, emulsify, grind, and knead. The Robot Coupe R502VV combination cutter requires a 208/240V, single phase electrical connection for operation. For additional protection, a magnetic safety system is built into the unit.
