This unit boasts a 270 watt, variable speed motor that delivers between 2,000 and 12,500 RPM with speed self-regulation to achieve great results each time. The blender's small size and 9 1/2" stainless steel shaft make it great for liquefying, pureeing, and blending small quantities of delicious soups, sauces, pates, and more in your commercial kitchen!
This blender includes a stainless steel bell, blade, and shaft, as well as an emulsifying disc, all of which may be removed for easy cleaning. An additional whisk attachment (sold separately) may be used with the unit for greater versatility. The Robot Coupe MMP 240 VV mini is ETL Listed and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.

This blender is everything it's advertised to be. I'm a home user that's very careful about investing in products that I plan to keep for a long time. I did a lot of research and narrowed my decision down to this and another immersion blender. In the end I went with the Robot Coupe MMP 240 VV 12 Mini Variable Speed Immersion Blender and have no regrets. It's a serious machine and not one of those little home smoothie blenders that will burn out quickly. So far I've used it for soups, like thick butternut squash soup and it makes a beautiful creamy blend without overtaxing the motor. Ordering/delivery was exactly as promised by The WEBstaurant Store!

robot coupe comes out with another great product. these smaller version stick blenders are great for smaller batches of soups and sauces. its great for emulsifying large batches of salad dressings.
