Easily prepare sauces, dressings, mousses, ground spices, pureed meals, and more with the Robot Coupe Blixer 3 food processor! This sturdy machine features a 3.5 qt. stainless steel cutter bowl with handle and leakproof, see-through lid that enable you to securely process food while keeping an eye on the progress. This versatile unit can liquefy, chop, grind, puree, and emulsify, making it perfect for use in your commercial kitchen or healthcare facility.

This machine's powerful 1.5 HP motor is operated by on and off buttons, as well as a pulse switch, and all food processing components may be disassembled for easy cleaning. The stainless steel "S" blade boasts a finely serrated edge for maximum precision and speed, while an included bowl scraper assembly uses a simple turn of the wrist to help ensure that every bit of food is processed and used!

The Robot Coupe Blixer 3 is ETL listed and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. For safety, a motor brake and magnetic safety system are built into the unit. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.

    This robot coupe is great. As a safety precaution, it locks in place before you can operate it. There is an internal bowl scraper which ensures everything is incorporated. There is only one speed and a pulse function which makes it simple to use and effective.
