This knife was bought for the purpose of slicing bars of my homemade goat milk soap. It needed to be long enough to fit all the way across the cutting box. It works well for the purpose in which it was intended for.How it will stand up for the length of time will be seen, but I have no doubt it will. Thanks Read Entire Review
