With an oil capacity of 35 lb., you'll be able to produce various food products with ease - even up to 62 lb. of french fries an hour! This fryer boasts a patented Solstice burner technology, which allows the blower-free atmospheric heating system to provide fast recovery. Plus, since there are no fragile ceramic burners, the likelihood of damage is reduced. Thanks to the recessed gas connection and countertop design, you'll be able to install your fryer close to the wall and off the floor, which frees up valuable kitchen space.

This tube-style fryer includes a rack to catch crumbs and debris, making it both efficient and, with a stainless steel construction, easy to clean. The fryer comes standard with a millivolt thermostat and a high temperature safety limit switch, so you'll be able to set your oil to a specific temperature and trust that the fryer will maintain that temperature. The full port drain valve allows for fast draining and the unit comes with a drain extension and drain line clean out rod. As an added benefit, the integrated flue is specially designed to prevent blockages and maintain a cooler temperature.

This 75,000 BTU fryer comes with 2 twin baskets and a basket hanger that can be removed without tools. The 4" legs are removable, ensuring easy maintenance.
