Consistent Performance
The pizza oven is made for reliable performance with a well-insulated, double-walled dome and matching cart that are made out of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The cooking surface is made of Cordierite so that it retains heat well for crispy pizza crusts. The surface also resists thermal shock to prevent cracking and breaking. Up to 2 pizzas will fit on the cooking surface at once for more output.
Convenient Design
This model has a convenient side shelf so you can quickly prep and load pizzas. The cart offers hooks for hanging your cooking tools and even has 4 swivel locking casters to make it easy to move this wood-fired oven to the perfect spot to serve up fresh, hot pies at your next event.
