Designed for high-volume bars, the Perlick HC48RW4 48" black two door dual zone undercounter refrigerator is the perfect storage solution for bottles, cans, and mixers, as well as for both red and white wines. It's also great for refrigerating lime wedges, celery stalks, pineapples, and other common drink ingredients. The dual zone design allows for one side to be utilized for wine storage while the other can be used for refrigerated goods.

Its 11.1 cu. ft. interior houses (2) full extension pull out shelves and (1) floor rack in the refrigerated compartment and (6) full extension wine shelves in the wine compartment. The inside of the cabinet is illuminated with bright interior lighting. This lighting helps ensure quick product retrieval for fast bar service, even in dim ambient lighting. For interior access, the single door swings open easily and seals shut to ensure cold air is trapped inside. To create a cold, refrigerated environment for product storage, the unit features a 1/6 hp compressor that circulates R-134a refrigerant. The front vented compressor requires no back or side clearance, giving it much more flexibility on where it is used.

This system maintains temperatures between 32 and 42 degrees Fahrenheit in the refrigerated compartment and between 40 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the wine compartment. This ensures proper food safety and to make sure that bottled cider, beer, and wines are properly chilled prior to service. This temperature is controlled by an easy to read and operate electromechanical thermostat that controls each compartment independently. Plus, thanks to the durable, stainless steel top, sides, and interior, with galvanized back, this unit is built to last. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation and includes a 6' cord and plug.
