With the Perlick FR36RT-3-SS 36" stainless steel glass froster / plate chiller, it is easy to chill beverage- or dinnerware so that guests receive their orders in temperature-appropriate vessels. This unit features an 8.6 cu. ft. interior that can hold up to 215 plates or 142 glasses. This relies on the use of 2 optional shelves (sold separately).

The heavy-duty stainless steel construction is built for long-lasting use in your commercial establishment. The durable, dent-resistant door easily slides open to provide access to the stainless steel interior. The 1/3 hp refrigeration system and R290 refrigerant maintain the temperature at -10 degrees Fahrenheit while providing ultra-quiet and highly efficient operation. The R290 refrigerant in combination with the 2" foamed-in-place, eco-friendly insulation provide energy savings with a zero-ozone depletion. The manual 6-hour defrost system prevents interior ice build-up and the unique door frame heater eliminates condensation build up on the door, ensuring that the unit is performing at it's best. Plus, because no floor drain or additional plumbing is required, this froster is easy to install. A common 115V electrical connection is required.
