Powered by electricity, this is a 5.25/7kW, 208/240V, 3-phase pizza deck oven that features 300 degrees - 650 degrees F thermostats. It's equipped with a highly efficient tubular system that provides consistent performance and quick recovery time. This unique interior design allows for better distribution of heat and baking ability!

Made with a stainless steel front with steel side and top plus aluminized steel interior, this multi-deck oven features a large-capacity, triple-deck design in each unit so your staff can cook a variety of different pizzas or products at once. Thanks to the removable shelves, this oven can be used for baking or roasting, too! Other space-saving features include 4" adjustable legs and controls that are located on the side of the unit which helps to keep this pizza oven a compact 30" wide!
