The Panasonic SR-2363Z sealed lid commercial rice cooker and warmer can make up to (60) 3 oz. servings of rice in just 30 minutes! It achieves even heating since the heating elements surround the non-stick removable inner pan, keeping the rice moist throughout.
Its locking lid with silicone rubber seal helps maintain proper pressure and moisture levels to help eliminate soggy, mushy rice, while the automatic cooking feature prepares the rice to perfection then switches to a "keep warm" mode. A rice scoop is included, and a convenient magnetic scoop holder can be attached to the body of the cooker.
The Panasonic SR02363Z commercial rice cooker is NSF Listed, and requires a 120V electrical connection.
