Awesome sizzle platters that are a mainstay to any commercial kitchen. They have lasted over two years now with out any sign of wearing down.

Sizzlers are a key item in restaurants. When working on the line, they make production and service so much easier. They're the perfect size for an order or two of pretty much anything. And they're so easy to pick up with tongs or a side towel. The small lip is great for any liquid on there, so it doesn't come sloshing around when the platter is being moved.

These are nice platter for finishing items in the oven to order. Easy to melt cheese or quickly reheat a steak. They stack nicely to save space.

These sizzle platters are great to have on the line. Throw a burger with cheese and place under the boiler. Its easy to grab with tongs.

a very sturdy and well made oval aluminum sizzler platter. we use this in the kitchen when cooking food to order and reminds me of the food i eat at the cafe i go to in hong kong

I love this platter. The high gloss and durability makes for a quick travel from the oven onto the table, without needing to do more than a little garnish. Accompanied by the thermal underliner, is a marriage made in heaven.
