Featuring the exemplary Santa Maria-style control wheel, you can raise and lower the grill grate allowing thinner cut steaks or vegetables to sear at 4" away or thicker roasts or racks of ribs to slow cook at 23" away. With the V-shaped grill grate, drippings will be directed away from the fire, avoiding flareups, and ensuring evenly cooked meats. It can be used with charcoal for hotter and prolonged needs, or with wood for lower temperature grilling, further customizing your unique cooking needs.

Made of durable dual steel, this grill is built to last and intended for outside use. Charcoal and wood are burnt to hot embers before sliding onto the heat refractory bricks with the heavy-duty brazier-style fire starter basket.
