The Nemco N55800 Easy Tuna Press is a necessity for restaurants and delis serving tuna salad sandwiches, tuna topped salads and other fare. With its unique design, excess water is removed from canned tuna quickly for better food quality. Extra water, which normally leads to soggy bread and lettuce, is completely removed with the Nemco Easy Tuna Press, leaving your salads and sandwiches crisp and appetizing. The push plate on the Easy Tuna Press has a 5 3/4" diameter to accommodate standard food service tuna cans. The tuna press easily mounts to most food preparation sinks.
