The Nemco 55975-2 Easy Chicken Slicer is ideal for cutting strips of grilled or cooked, breaded chicken for salads, wraps, and other chicken strip meals. The blade assembly makes a 1/4" wide cut that helps control portion sizes and save you money, and it can be used on other tender meats like turkey and roast beef.

Suction cup feet secure the Nemco 55975-2 Easy Chicken Slicer to any flat work surface, and the space under the slicer's cutting grid can accommodate a 2 1/2" deep, half size food pan.

Clean up is as easy as pulling a pin! The Nemco 55975-2 Easy Chicken Slicer disassembles easily and the push block and blades are specially designed to minimize lodging of meat.

    It should be called it a chicken smasher rather than chicken slicer. This was a total waste of money. We used it (barely) once and will never use it again.

    Thanks for reviewing this item! A slamming motion is necessary for the slicer to work properly and tear through the chicken. Users of this product should make sure they are not pressing down and attempting to push the chicken through the slicer.

    We used these Nemco chicken slicers at the restuarant I worked at. Actually we always had at least two of them on the cooks line. The are super sharp, cut to perfection, and helps with portion control!
