Easily slice 5/16" thick sticks of mozzarella, cheddar, and other delicious cheeses with the Nemco 55300A-516D Easy Cheeser cheese slicer! This cheese slicer comes with a 13 1/4" tall slicing arm for cutting 5/16" strips of cheese so that you can quickly and smoothly cube 1.3 lb. cheese blocks into perfectly portioned sizes. Its durable all-steel construction ensures that it can stand up to the rigors of every-day use, and its slicing arm is easily switched out with other sizes. The stainless steel cutting wires are also replaceable with Nemco's 55288 wire kit.

The Nemco 55300A-516D Easy Cheeser cheese slicer is NSF Listed. See Companion Items for compatible wires. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
