This Moffat VH33 Halton ventless hood attaches directly to the top of your Turbofan E33D5 or E33T5 convection oven. Great for locations where a traditional hood installation is not feasible, this ventless hood lets you get your unit up and running while staying in compliance.

When your hood is installed, the oven will not operate if the hood is not on for increased safety. The hood features an automatic 2-speed extraction fan that runs on low speed during idle or cooking times for reduced noise and energy consumption. Just before the end of the cooking or baking process, the fan will turn up to high so that it's ready when the oven door opens.

This hood effectively eliminates the need for expensive ducted hoods by filtering air through its three-stage air filtration system. It catches grease, removes smoke and condensation, and reduces cooking odors. This hood features a durable stainless steel construction for operation and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. This hood is only compatible with single ovens and cannot be used for double stacked configurations.
