The Metro C599-NFC-UPFS C5 9 Series pass-thru heated holding and proofing cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. In fact, its innovative controller prioritizes heat generation over humidity generation assuring the cabinet holds food at the desired temperature, promoting food safety. Thanks to its universal wire slides, set on 1 1/2" increments, this holding cabinet can hold up to (18) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans.

The pass-through design enables this holding cabinet to be placed conveniently between your kitchen and serving or prep area for easy restocking and access! User friendly, top-mounted controls provide clear readability, preventing damage and simplifying cleaning of the Metro C599-NFC-UPFS. The intuitive 9 Series solid state controller provides continuous monitoring of both temperature and humidity, providing accurate control over the internal environment of the cabinet, resulting in better food quality. Actual cabinet temperature and relative humidity are measured, displayed, and controlled. A low temperature alarm assure you the cabinet is always at the desired temperature, while a low water alarm indicates when water is needed.

This holding cabinet quickly heats to temperatures ranging from 70 to 200 degrees so food never has a chance to cool off. The full perimeter, 1" thick, high-density insulation ensures no heat is lost or wasted.

For excellent maneuverability, it comes with (4) 5" donut neoprene casters, perfect for improved floor protection and quiet operation. Each holding cabinet is made from .063" aluminum with a brushed exterior and natural interior. It comes with a 7 1/2" cord with a NEMA 5-20P plug. This Metro pass-thru heated holding cabinet is NSF and UL Listed. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
