Its individual analog controls also allow you to adjust temperature and humidity levels, to create the perfect environment for any type of food.
The Metro C537-CFS-L 3/4 height holding and proofing cabinet features lip load wire slides set on 1 1/2" increments, to hold up to 27 full size sheet pans. Patented Insulation Armour technology increases the Metro C537-CFS-L C5 3 Series heated holding and proofing cabinet's overall energy efficiency, and protects your employees from hot surfaces.
The 3/4 height Metro C537-CFS-L heated holding and proofing cabinet's fully insulated aluminum door provides added protection against heat loss. It is UL and NSF Listed, and requires a 120V electrical connection. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
