They are each grooved at 1" increments, and double grooved every 8" to provide you with a visual guide that makes positioning shelves a breeze.
The five shelves feature a unique corner release system that allows them to be adjusted quickly and easily without the use of tools, while an open-wire construction minimizes dust accumulation to permit free air circulation and greater visibility. The 21" x 48" Super Adjustable 2 chrome shelves each have an 800 lb. capacity to hold your heaviest prep tools or bulk ingredients, and the entire shelving unit has a 2000 lb. maximum capacity.
