This knife was great, Sharp right out of the box. I only have to sharpen it like 1-2times a week when with some other knives i have it takes 4 or more times a week. Its light weight is great to not make my knife kit heavy. The colored handle is perfect to keep from co-workers or class mates from taking my knifes ahah.

I just love these mercer knives, the color coding is great if you want to organize your cutlery between meats or fish, even between allergens, SWEET!

Great knife for the money. Sharp as a razaor out of the packaging. The knife blade is very thin and flexable which maybe good or bad for you. Doest hold a edge very long so be prepared to sharpen before each use.
